Data privacy clause
Data supplied by the user are intended solely for internal use in AHDV-GEAH. Data holders will expressly consent gathering, processing and transmission or assignment whatsoever of their data that could be made within the AHDV-GEAH in order to implement the aims and activities necessary for service rendering. As provided for under section 5 of ley orgánica 15/1999 (public general act) for data protection, in force (lopdat), data holders are entitled to exercise the right of access, rectification, cancellation and objection under such law and regulations thereof. <br> AHDV-GEAH will take whatever safety measures and provisions deemed necessary to ensure due use and service confidentiality and to provide user's data protection. Users could give their consent in order to receive information about AHDV-GEAH’s activities or prospective website updatings.
